Henry Badowski "Anywhere Else" 1981

song from the lone 1981 solo album by this dude who hung out with Alternative TV and Wreckless Eric. Kind of a Eno/Ayers poppy inspiration vibe. Interesting smooth production on this track. The rest of the album is okay but this is the best song.

Also, here is the good first single he did in 1979. The single was produced by Mark Perry of Alternative TV. Cool clean production and nice strings at the end. The song is featured on the solo album too, in the same '79ish form and not re-recorded:

some parts are mellow. but the title track "Balloons" and "Bandundu" are worth it.
